1. YOU’RE PAYING FOR A BRAND NAME

We’ve all got a favourite brand, but stop and ask yourself why and you’ll struggle to come up with an answer. Big brands are really clever at getting into your hearts (and wallets). 4. YOU’RE PAYING FOR MYSTERY INGREDIENTS

This one shouldn’t even be allowed. After all, health and fitness supplements are either going in your body or on your skin. We don’t want any unnecessary ingredients at all, let alone pay for them! We’ll pay for what we need – nothing more, thanks.

 

5. YOU’RE PAYING FOR RETAIL OVERHEADS

Please don’t say you’re still buying protein supplements from a high street store. It’s not the 90s! Go straight to the source and cut out the middle man. The only people involved in your supplement shop should be you and the brand you buy from.
